Working on a project, while I figured I needed to add 2 more shapes for each side of the face, for my blendshape driven face rig.
I got the shapes banged out, imported them into the main rig scene.
Note that nothing is referenced at this stage, and that it was a perfectly fine rig. Animated a few shots with the rig too. I have a reference pipeline, btw.
Imported the Blendshapes (BS). renamed them according to the scene, and how they were supposed to appear in the bs node. selected them in order, then the main mesh, and Edit Deformers>Blendshape>Add , specified the node, and Apply, and I get this error:

I get the same error, when I also changed the deformation order, and brought the bs node above the skin cluster. Tried looking around for a solution - Nothing.
Can you help me with a workaround, or a fix for this ?
