Hi, I ran into a problem when I tried to add a Phong Shader with Subsurface Scattering Attributes to one layer in the Layered Shader Node of Maya.
The SSS pass of this specific shader in that layer just wont be rendered and therefore no SSS appears in the final render
The same happens if I try to polyselect a specific area of my object and try to use a Phong Shader with Subsurface Scattering Attributes - no pass is rendered no SSS...
Is there any way that I can use to have SSS appearing only on a specific area of my model? Does renderman support a similar Shader as the Layered Shader from Maya?
