I banned username "abbeya" for spamming the site multiple times with in minutes apart regarding so called free product offers that we've all gotten as junk mail. As a precaution I've also started including the IP address such as Abbeya's 202.159.222.133 in the ban which offers increased security and less likelyhood of the abuser revisiting the site.
