Error On "ban"

Me again,

I just noticed than when trying to ban a user, (like the "stevenw" moron trying to sell crack soft., see below) the pop-up window shows garbage ( like stuff under brackets {uytf} ) , and on submit, returns the highend "page not found" default ....
So I cannot ban anybody ! And that's frustrating, I like banning people ...

I know the server config. is pretty messed-up now, and its not an emergency ...
Just let us know when you'll have time to have a look.

Still cannot ban

Can somebody with access take care of the user called "shoesgod" spamming sport shoes messages ??

I get a 404 page error after I tried to ban subscriber "stuff" who spammed the forum with his company advertisements. The page error was diplayed after clicking on the "Ban" button then on "submit". This was noticed while using OS X Tiger 10.4.9, Browser: Safari.

I have to have the mod rewritten for the new version of the boards.
