Exposure Strobe - 24fps Ntsc In 50hz Country

Hi,
I have a piece of footage that I would like to use, but it was shot with the wrong shutter settings. It was shot at 24p (1/60) in England where the lights run on a 50hz cycle. Thus the image exposure strobes. Does anyone know of a plug-in or a way to deal with this in Shake?

there have been quite a few posts about removing flicker on this forum...
if i remember correctly there are some 3rd party plug-ins around or you could make a solution with the pixel analizer.
try a search.
