I'm just wondering is this rendering util better than the blue moon rendering tools?I haven't actually used BMRT but since it's based on RenderMan it should be pretty good, right? And there's conveniently the soft2rib tool for download on this site.
What are the advantages and disadvantages between the two?
The name is a bit misleading; SpeedRender is a collection of MentalRay shaders for Soft, not a rendering engine. Still, it's a pretty neat giveaway

I Installed and followed instructions for nt, and I get an error...
*RC 0.0 error 081011:shader "mat_speedmat" not found
I have PIII 550 , W2K OS, SI 3.9.2
What can I do?
