about the mental ray memory, you v got a parameter in MR globals to change it, in the doc you can find the best proportion of the ram to use.
about the flick, is it an aliasing problem or something in the anim ?
because there is a lot a wierd things because of the uvs, for exemple with blend shaps, you must not active smooth uvs when you smooth your character...
i never have a clean character with fur, and if it not to realistic, i prefer using maya software render.
but but a grass it work well ![]()
