Hair And Fields

I am trying to attatch a field to my hair system. Is this possible? Thanks for any ideas.

Just have the hairSystem node(not the pfxHair node) selected when you create the field. Or in the dynamics relationship editor select the hairSystem node and highlight the desired field.

Thanks for the reply Duncan. I had tried everything including that. Of course, after rebooting the problem resolved itself.
