Help skinCluster

I try to use Smooth Bind for tow joints and a curve in scripts;

Skin -- Bind Skin -- Smooth Bind Options

I can find "Skinning method: Classic Linear" is "-skinMethod(-sm) 0" in skinCluster;

But where is the "Bind to: Selected joints" in skinCluster? and "Bind method: Closest distance" too.

Can someone help me?

Can't find "-bm" flag in skinCluster within MAYA2011, but MAYA2013.

So, how to Define "Bind method : Closest distance" use mel within MAYA2011?
