How to make flowing smoke/fluid

I'm a newuser on xsi, I just wanna know how to make flowing smoke / liquid like on XSI pack box ...

by the way, you have posted this link on xsi base forum http://www.medialine3d.com/Cigarette\_Smoke...oftimageXSI.htm , and I think that cigarette smoke look similiar that what i'm looking for , so I realy need this tutorial but in english, because I really really a new beginner on XSI, and take a time to understand how to use it
