Tell me what i had to do with the C++?, how use it?.
Read a lot of books, cover to cover, and practice a lot. Typically this takes between 3 and 10 years to fully grasp C++.

Well i ve lerad to do animations! and im leraring light and texture stuff, but i still knwing nothing abouth the engine and i dont know how use the irrlich..... Theres a way to gain practice?.
Yup. Open a book on C++ and start with HelloWorld, then work through each page until you get to the end. Then do the same with a book on 3D mathematics. Then do the same on a book covering a graphics API, eg openGL/DirectX. Then do the same on a book covering game AI and physics. Then do the same on a book on Audio.
To practice, start with something simple like pong. Then maybe move onto a simple 2D game like, say, frogger. Then maybe in about 3 years time (if you work hard every single spare hour of every single day), you might feel like having a go at a 3D game. 3 years after that, you might actually have a game to play.
as thirt33n has said. It's not easy, it will take a lot of time and effort from yourself. There really are no shortcuts you can take. I've been doing this for ~10 years, and i'm still learning every day.
