# Mental ray does not load

Hi,

I installed the MR beta, but it wont load it seems. I get no error messages, but cannot acces the "render using" and then "mental ray" item in the rendering menu.

But if I open one of the sample scenes, the menuitem shows up. So it is there somewhere.

Any ideas?
