Motion Blur Vectors

hello.
how can i use motion blur vectors (velocity channel) rendered separately for the best control of object motion. Does any .... tools or macros exists for this purpose?

Reel Smart Motion Blur plugin will read in motion vectors from Mental ray that are rendered with the 2dMV shader.
