Move, rotate and scale tool behavior

Have a problem with move, rotate and scale tool.. When I try to use it the red, green, blue stroke out of the pivot-point are ridiculously long.. How can I get the back to normal size? And when I'm trying to use my rotate tool I get no circle around the object, only two strokes..
