i bid a oxygen vx1, but the guy give me is fire gl 1000 pro...he say it is the same(i think he is not really cheat me)...is it true?

FireGL 1000 Pro's are Permedia 2 based if I recall correctly. They also are most commonly seen in 8mb configurations. Meanwhile the lowest you'll find an Oxygen VX1 is 16mb and those are rare.
