Batch Render As Jpegs

Hey Everyone,

This is more editing related, but i am working on a lip sync and i batch rendered everything out to the jpg fromat and was going to re assemble in Adobe Premiere. The bacth render worked out perfectly, but premiere is not recognizing the batch of jpegs, but sees the other jpg files in the same folder? Does any one know why that may be?

Actually, as i am researching on here, i see that i am not the only one with questions in regards to Premiere. Is it better if i render out as tgas??

Its better if you NEVER render out jpegs for anything. Because if you do your going to animate out copression artifacts that will then reanimate on compression into the final file again.

Basically the only time you ever use jpeg format is when you publish the final image.

i will batch rend. it out as Targas and see how that goes...maybe premiere will stop being a baby and accept the targa files haha!

Do you have an idea as to why premiere didnt want to recognize those jpegs tho? in the same folder, is recognized the other files that i didnt need that were jpegs as well...
