Try adding this to another ".h" in your nreal folder or the "relative_path.h" file:
script.uncFileNames = 0;
This will not add the computer name to your path names.
For the commercial release, I am not sure if that is possible, I do know, however that it can be done.
I did have a work around script (maybe its on this site somwhere, or someone else has it) that looks for all paths in the script and makes sure they are all relative to the shake script being run.
