How do I make a macro out of 3 commands and place it in a shelf?

Basically what bothers me is that in every new scene I need to set the mode to shaded, then set the headlight and then turn on specular.... I'd like these three commands in a button or hotkey.

This is how I thought of going about this, if there is another way it's fine by me, but I'd really like to know how I could make it work like I said.
