# Sizes Changes!

im working on a project DV 720 x 480  
but wen i load a new image to bacground or fore ground the size of the original project changes and each image appear just like strech or longer...is a mess how can i control this?

hi mcyorian,

doubleclick the 1:1 button on the displayview toolbar ,if it removes the stretch then ,check for frame format settings specifically pixel aspect in ur preferences

preferences-\>flow(current flow)-\>frameformat-\>default format dropdown

u can quickly check ur flow settings by adding a BG ,hover cursor over the BG and see the status bar.
