Hi guys!
Any one here used geometry cache before? In the replace cache options window there is check box at bottom of that window, It's called Inherit something, sorry I cant remember the correct name. No matter I check it or not the results are the same. It is totally no effect at all. And of course I researched maya docs, also did some tests. And Originally I thought it means inherit the topology changing history down the stream, but even I uncheck that option, it's no difference at all.
So what exactly does that option do??

btw: please dont move this post, I also posted this topic at Modeling, Rigging/Character Setup, Animation, MEL and API board, I just thought some one here might know this.
