Automatically Run A Command When Maya Launches

Hi -

I'd like to automatically run a MEL command when Maya starts. How can I do do this. Do I place the command in userPrefs.mel? -- that doesn't seem like a good idea, because the file is managed and updated by Maya, meaning that my command will probably be deleted when Maya shuts down and saves current preferences.

Found it. ./scripts/userSetup.mel -- had to create the file tho'
