I'm running Shake on Mandrake 10.1 and when I intensively render something, CPU gets overheated - a window pops up:

I've got four CPUs (dual proc with HT) but warning is always about CPU1.
In Windows everything is ok - when I set up heavy renders sometimes I hear coolers speed up. So, can anyone advice how to manage this problem under linux?
