hi

I have a shot that has a camera move pulling back with lots of parallax. I have to do a fake zoom in on this shot about half way through, when the real move stops. The background is a still image divided into layers which have to simulate the camera move with parallax. I am using the multiplane node and have boujou tracked the original plate and applied that move to my 3d camera. I am wanting suggestions on how I should apply the extra move...I am currently putting it after the multiplane node, as a move 2d on the whole comped shot...I don' t think is correct though as it means I don't get the parallax on the fake move. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi,

I don't know how to get parallax,

but you can get the same motion using keep slope option in the curve editor, it will take it till infinity in the same direction.

try using AE_Optics or AEBezierMesh Plugins for Parallax ( these are After Effects Plugins for Shake )
