Most likely, that and the vista version your using. (note the qualified card wont really work well on the vista home because its missing a few ingredients on the gfx pipe)
But yes the reason they say that they qualify only those hardware is that
Its impossible to be sure of all hardware combinationsthose cards have bettwer support form tyhe gfx card vendors, so in the event you card has some ophycal flaw it can be changed its NOT necceserily the case with cosumer cardsThsoe cards implement FULL opengl. Yes its the same chip than the gforce card but the electronic conduits of the card are crippled on purpose
I am using Windows XP SP3, Not Vista.
