3 Questions

Hi!
I wonder if some "senior" combustion user could answer these questions..
1.Is there any mesh warper available for combustion such as plug in?
2.Can you change the platform (c 2.1) f.e. from pc to mac in the middle of the project? Is the project file compatible?
3.If you have photoshop and after effects plugins for pc, can you use them for mac c2.1 and vice versa?
Thanks in advance
tuomo

hi..

No, at this time there is no built-in mesh warper for combustion v2 or the upcoming v3.. And, as far as I know, I have not heard of any plug-ins.. (yet)

  1. Combustion creates project files with the extension ".cws" ... These .cws files CAN be sent to from one platform Combustion to another.... BUT remember that there may be MEDIA files that are not quite so compatible (i.e. AVIs are for Windoze, so if you do this.. ALWAYS use QTs!) And, by the way, when you buy combustion it is Platform specific (you buy either Mac - OR - PC )

  2. As far as I know, most Adobe plug-ins are also platform specific.. So, you if you buy a Windoze version plug-in to run on Windoze, that's it, period. Unless the Plug-In company GIVES you the Mac version, it will NOT work. Ask the Plug-in company what their rules are...
