3d Max 9 32 Bit On Xp 64 Or Vista 64

What's up everyone,

  I've been debating whether or not to install XP 64 bit or Vista 64 bit.

My concerns are the following:

• If I install 32Bit version of Max9 on a 64bit based O/S, Will Max take advantage of the 8GBs capability that a 64bit O/S has? What I mean is, will I be able to render quicker if I have 32Bit version of Max on 64Bit based O/S.
• Also, is there any stability problems between Max9 and XP 64 or Max9 and Vista 64?
