see, ive been saying it for the past year...apple isnt done with shake, they just put it on the back burner for a while because they know that shake is pretty much as good as it can get.

makes me wonder what apple is planning on doing to ruin it, because we all know how much they love motion. =)

Well they could port it more to modern gpu calculation you'd probably get some 10-25x speedups

Perhaps Apple can work on getting all 8 procs working under 10.5.6 as well. Such a waste to only work with 4. And I agree about the GPU. Another waste not to use it.

Well the problem is allready starting to be that your surpassing the speed of your haddrive. So some compression technique to speed the disk acces would be nice. And no not just making compressed videos since sometimes you just need multiple outputs and things the compressed videos cant contain.
