i know this will sound like an unlikely story, but i'm going to give it a shot anyway:
a year ago i bought the Learning Maya 5, Foundation book and started completing the lessons in it.
then, half way through the book, and to my great devastation, my apartment was broken into, and my laptop stolen. together with the computer, i also lost the dvd that came with the book. now i'm stuck with the book, with non of the supporting files.
now i've purchased a new computer, and started the whole process again.
but paying 50 $$ for a book i already own, is doing my head in.
my plead is this: that a saintly person will allow me to get the tutorial movies for projects 4 and 5, and perhaps the bitmap files for texturing the spaceships in project 3.
i will be more than glad to answer any questions that might help prove the truthfulness of my story.
sadly,
d
