Hey all
I am pretty sure there may be a "RTFM" coming on this one....
But!
I am working with shakes warp node, what I want to know is.. with a brief explanation of what I am doing first..
I am setting a series of warps, each warp shape needs to be held for say 12 frames then jump to a different warp shape.
What I am doing is setting a key frame on frame 01 then the same key on frame 12, then on frame 13 i will adjust the warp to a new shape set a key on frame 13 and on frame 24 will set the same key again.. and so on
the issue I am having is that there seems to be some minor interpolation going on between keys on 1 and 12 and so on...
now this is not happening in all cases, so I am thinking that there needs to be a clear order in the way the keys and warper setting are applied so I am confident that this solves my problem.. which I have worked out..
however the real question is... because there is no access to roto shapes / warp roto shapes in the curve editor I was hoping there is a way of setting the interpolation of the roto shapes / warp roto shapes to "step" / "hold"
I hope I am being dumb and this is right in front of me...
I have just had a look at roto shape and there is "retimeShape" button in the timing turn down which looks like instead of the default "JSpline(1,1@1,100@100)" in the dialog I could put "step" to set up held rotos over frames... am I right in thinking this???
But
I dont seem to be able to find a similar thing in the warper node...
