Active Manipulator Query

I need to query the active manipulator ( if its move or rotate or scale), but had no research success.

So, does anyone know?

Well it can be quite much more than just move rotate or scale. But yes the command your looking for is:

currentCtx

Altouhg the possible responses are way more than just move rotate or scale. they can in fact be any number of thing from unlimited palette of contexts (that is its inpossible to know how many contexts should be defined in any given maya without actually digging trough that maya session you can always create more.).
