Aec Walls

I am working with AEC walls but i am trying to texure the bedroom wall but it's only half a wall i don't want to deattach to an object because when i use the walkthrough i always get a different texture because i made the wall into an object

i have put a link to my walls.

i want the outside by the window white and the bed flower wallpaper. i have tired to put an edit polygone and select the polys but the polygons goes past the bedroom window
