So, would animating and rendering at 30 fps and converting in the compositing package to whatever fps work fine? I know with animation for PAL at least they'd double one out of every 24 film frames in order to make the 25 fps, but I dont know how this would work without artefacting on computers.
I can animate on milliseconds or convert the frames per second with the frames adapting to the new fps so the timing of the animation doesn't suffer. But it would mean I would need to render it several times whenever I'd need to convert it to a signal with a different fps.
