Hey guys this is my first time posting. I've been having some really frustrating issues with an animated extrusion. I have extruded a polygon shape along a curve, using the tube function. However when i try to either procedural texture or uv texture model, the textures swim. I need textures to stay on certain sides, but they keep changing. Now i am assuming that the vertex number changes when the shape continues to grow, so that is why the uvs keep changing. Also i had notice that when i set the function to flat that the texture comes out fine. That is not really suffice for me since the object spirals and i don't want any penetration. Is there any way that i could bake the animation or other solutions to this problem.
