Hi.
I don't have much experience with this, but I noticed two things with your animation:
1) The character's left foot always seems to "slip backward" one frame after it touches the ground. (The right foot doesn't seem to do this.)
2) The character seems to be sneaking around, which makes sense given the alarm at the end. But why is he staring at the ground? The environment looks wide-open, so he can't be watching for obsticles...(I could be wrong on this; it just seems that he should be looking around for the guards.)
3) It's hard to see everything that the hands are doing because of the colors and lighting, but I noticed that the fingers vary their spread and bend at different points, particularly at the end when the spotlight comes on--good attention to detail.
Other than that, I can't see much to improve upon. Good job!
