I like it. Clean and clear. The only (really minor) criticism I might have would be that sometimes he goes from a passive pose to an active one at "lightning speed" which is a tad unnerving, but having had a look at the other animations on your site it appears that is part of the character 
Speaking of the site - I think you've done a good job on that too. Easy to navigate, looks great, and has character. Well done!
