TAIS is building a Freelancers data base for artists who are in animation (experimental or realistic), modeling, visual effects. initially TAIS is trying to gather the work of artists from everywhere particularly CANADA, so it is grouped at one place in the form of a reference library for companies and upcoming projects for TAIS. In future TAIS and other producers can scan peoples demo reels and resume at TAIS centre and can call the selected artists. So basically it is an effort to lessen the joblessness in the market, and it is a free publicity for all, who are interested to send their stuff in. TAIS is gradually upgrading it self as far as the equipment and software, so in near future they will be accepting projects and than call people in from that database.
