Any Way To Adjust Motion Blur Amount?

Is there a way to adjust motion blur amount/length? It's kinda all or nothing as far as I can tell. I can only get blur based on actual
distance translated but this doesn't take into account relative distances and speeds.

you want to adjust the shutterTiming sub parameter..
0.5 is the default 180 deg shutter.

note that you can enter higher values than 1 in the motionBlur field to increase blur quality (and render times)
