Hi mate, not sure if this is going to be too primitive as i haven't had experience with any of the programs that you mentioned but the new beta version of Audacity (freeware) has an ok pitch shifting and speed changing utility, the only quibble is that if you speed up over around 60%ish the sound quality seems a little worse than the original! There are loads of plugins for it out there so maybe somebody's made a better pitchshifter, otherwise there's pro-tools etc lol but muchly expensive!
