I'm trying to figure out how to get an alpha to repeat uniformly over certain parts of my model so I dont have to keep trying to match each piece of it by hand. I was told to use this method but I'm not sure how to go about doing it: "Unwrap your model then make a tile of your scales in photohop and save it as a map. apply it as a mask in zbrush and use the inflate modifier." I unwrapped my model, made a tile of the scale texture I'm using, but I can't figure out the rest, could someone please help me out?
