I don't know how much my voice counts either for archy stuff, but for my comments:
The bottom of the pillon roof is much much too dark, either add a bit of light emitting off the ground for fake radiosity or set the shadows less dark.
The inside of the building looks really empty as well, now I know it's about the building and not the inside of it, but still, would add credibility, moreover it looks like the thing could collaps any second.
The windows look pretty transparent aswell for an office-block.
