Arrrgh.... gl4emult.dll... help

I just upgraded my system. When I install Soft 3d, it works until I restart. After a restart, Soft doesn't start and I get a gl4emult.dll error....

Help!

I'm running NT. If anyone can throw me a tip, or a uncorrupted .dll, I will give them a million thanks.
