Batch Render certain part of image(similar to ipr)

Hi guys, this is a quite a precisie question, hopefully one of you gods out there can help me out.

I am trying to render out a certain part of an image as a batch render ... so as you know with ipr you can render certain part of an image like so ;

I was wondering if there was something similar i could push out with a batch render not a render test.

As in render out just that 100x100 cube while keeping the same camera angle.
