batch render ?

how to render several scenes a time without
opening xsi ?
I know it's called batch render but i don't
know how to set up..
somebody help me ,please~~

Put this in a text file, give it a .bat extension (example: render.bat) and drag and drop this file onto an XSI prompt.

xsibatch -guilic -r -scene D:renderscenesedswork_scene1.scn
xsibatch -guilic -r -scene D:renderscenesedswork_scene2.scn
xsibatch -guilic -r -scene D:renderscenesedswork_scene3.scn

Typing xsibatch -r -h in a command prompt will list all the commands.

erm.....i've just tried this batch rendering.

Judging by the command prompt it seemed to work but i didn't specify a path for the render pictures and i can't seem to find them on my computer

Since you did not tell XSI where to put the files they are probably in your database in the render pictures directory. (they are probably called default or something like that) ....Or they could be anywhere. It's best if you open your scene and look into your render options and see where XSI sent them.
