Best way to code UI so that it can be easily ported to MAX

Hi, I'm in the process of designing a UI (pySide) for a C++ Maya plugin.  My client wants to port the code to Max so I'm wondering if it is possible to use my Python UI code with MAX? And if it is possible to use the code, would it be ok to charge her double?
