"bleed In" Effect

Hi,

I am trying to create a painting effect for my title sequence. I have a colored background which I want to appear from white as if colors are bleeding into a canvas. from pure white the screen should emit the colors randomly and the stain should get bigger and the color should cover the screen at the end.
I dont know which nodes to use in shake to come up with something similar.

You need some texture that can be used to do a dialate on the matte. Even multiple layers of a textures that do this.
