No generic 3d export import exists. so so really you'd only be able to import/export simple setups. Any rig that leverages maya pretty much has to stay in maya. Only the very simplest of complex translate between 2 systems
Having two blendshapes is a history construct and no generic history constructs can be exported after all thet would mean implementing maya in motionbuilder which is undesirable.

Very simple history with superficial rigging ONLY. Basically one node of everything, no complex inter node or history entries. So basically nothing that makes a maya rig worth having.
