Blood Flow Simulation

hi guys, i have short dead line to finish my job. i have finished all stuff except the blood simulation through vein. so i need a lil help.
what's the problem? i have to animate camera going through the vein, but i can't make good fluid-blood simulation.
workin in maya 2009 and 2011.
can anybody help, suggest some good tutorial....

You may want  to use particles or fluids.  Do you want blood cells or more basic fluidity?  If particles use curveFlow with instanced geo on particles or nParticles...
