Body breaking through cloth

seems like the cloth isnt quite keeping up with the motion on my character and his legs break through his shorts, any ideas?

There's many properties you can twiddle, but ones to start with are

-lower your time step size
-increase your stitcher base resolution
-increase your solver scale

Try these one at a time to start, and do lots of tests. Cloth is all about iterations...
