Can anyone tell me if geometry approximation affects these scripts? i.e. does the script split the polymesh hull or the actual sub-d mesh?
No disrespect to kim, great scripts but hardly any info on the explode script. There's a few notes which highlight 3 parameters which can be changed but that's about it
Are there any other parameters which can be altered?
Sorry if it's all very obvious and commented in the script but it's daunting for newbies like me to go through script i don't understand.
I have managed to try out the explode script without changing anything but the results were not quite 'explosion like'. By this i mean the way the polys move. They kind of broke up and fell down but then suddenly rose up and spread. ?
Can anyone recommend some good settings for a good explosion effect?
