Been looking at this for a day or so now and still no idea.
Approaching bumpmapping 2 different ways here, why do they produce different results?
Method one;
Using Mix2colours with my bumpmap in Colour1 and weight 100% on base colour (with bump enabled on whatever I have plugged into Colour1)
Method two;
Plugging Bumpmapgenerator into Bump node of material (not shder) and plugging my bumpmap (with Bump enabled) into Bumpmap Generator.
Comparing these 2 methods, I see the bump on teh specular areas is exactly the same (switching between the 2 methods in rendertree) but non-specular areas are different.
Any explanation why these produce different results?
